This was my first experience in having a piece of custom jewelry made. Kristina made this a pleasurable and worry free experience. The ring met all my expectations, was reasonably priced, and turned out absolutely stunning. It needed slight altering but was taken care of promptly and perfectly. My wife and I were just in the Aaron Kilman Jewelers store in Port Orange. I've been in this town for 20 years and have NEVER been more impressed within any business of any kind than I am with Aaron Kilman Jewelers. This is the kind of service, quality, and customer support that would be quite at home anywhere in downtown Manhattan. They just couldn't help us enough and on top of that served us the best cappuccino I've ever had...and I drink a lot of coffee, lol. Did the cappuccino come in a Styrofoam cup? Nope! It was served in fine china with saucers. Complete with froth and cinnamon topping...yum! If all businesses understood the value of customer relations they would all run their shops just like the Kilmans. A few weeks ago I came to your store with a pin that had been my mothers. She had passed away a few days earlier and we were leaving to go to New York for her funeral, as it was her wish to be buried there.
